Appointment Policy:
In order to maintain a quality staff and accommodate our guests
schedules as best possible a credit card reservation is required when booking 2 or more
services for first time guests.
A credit card reservation is required when booking massages and/or facials at all times.
If the appointment(s) is no-showed then the full amount of services
will be charged to the credit card.
If the appointment(s) are cancelled with less than 24 hours
then half of the booked services fee will be charged to the credit card.
